Tom,
I've reviewed your refund request and I'm confused about several points.
1. You claim you "never received a computer" - but the Pentium II system remains at our shop, fully assembled and ready for pickup.
2. You claim you were "never informed" about a balance - but you left our shop on multiple occasions with an outstanding labor balance.
3. You claim dissatisfaction - but you returned in September 2024 for HDD repair after the original system failed.
Our store policies are clearly posted and were explained to you. No refunds on special order items or labor.
What exactly are you requesting a refund for?
